3.1 The prices published on www.microgimbal.es include VAT and are valid except typographical errors.
3.2 These prices do not include shipping. The costs vary according to the location of the receiver or market fluctuations.
3.3 Micro Gimbal reserves the right to promote, create promotions and changes prices without notice.
4.1 The products are to the person and address of the order delivered.
4.2 Invoices are sent to the email address specified by the customer.
4.3 On weekends and holidays there will be no shipping and delivery orders.
4.4 An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package and the receptor signs the receipt of delivery. It is up the customer to verify the status of the package and indicate on the delivery receipt any anomaly.
4.5 Order are sent in 24 or 48 hours.
5.1 In accordance with current regulations, the customer is entitled to return any item purchased in www.microgimbal.es within 14 days from the date of receipt.
5.2 Any item bought at www.microgimbal.es must be returned in their original packaging, presealed and in perfect conditions. Failure to meet this requirement nullifies this right.
5.3 In a maximum period of 12 days after the receipt of the return, Micro Gimbal undertakes to refund.
5.4 Before making the return, you must communicate by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. No returns will be accepted without our prior authorization.
6.1 Regarding incidents caused by transport, the customer must check the status of the received packet and if it detects a fault in it, be mentioned in the delivery note that will facilitate the transport agency. This step is essential to claim the insurance transport agency. Failure to do so, the customer loses any possible claims about it. The customer should immediately report to www.microgimbal.es any incident of this kinds, to make the necessary arrangements with the transporter agency, as well as replace the item or parts involved in the incident.
6.2 If upon receiving the order, the customer checks that it received it does not match what you bought or missing parts, you must be communicated as soon as possible to proceed to the solution of the problem at no cost to the customer.
6.3 If upon receiving the order, the customer found that any part fails, after checking the operations, installation etc., it must notify to email@example.com within 15 days of receipt. We will take care of removing the product without cost to the customer, and once we have it in our power and completing the necessary verifications of that is a failure “unprovoked” , we will replace it with a new one or we will refund the money in case of not having the same product.
6.4 If after 15 days of receipt of product failure or manufacturing defect occurs, the customer must notify to firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions to proceed. In this case the shipping charge are paid by the customer.
6.5 In any of the two cases described above, and if after the appropriate checks shows that the product has no defects covered as described above, the product will be return to the customer, and this assumes the costs of sending back and return the product.
- LAW AND JURISDICTION:
7.1 This site is located and operates from Spain. All matters relating to this site are governed by the Spanish law and subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Spain without giving effect to principles of conflicts of laws. In cases where the user has the status of consumer, or is domiciled outside Spain, Micro Gimbal and the user will be submitted to the courts of Marbella (Málaga), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond.
7.2 If the user decides to use or visit this site from outsides Spain, you must remember that it does on its own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
- GUARANTEES THE GYROSCOPIC SUPPORT MICROGIMBAL:
8.1 The Micro Gimbal warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:
8.2 The warranty period is limited to 1 year. In case of manufacturing defect, Micro Gimbal reserves the right to make two repairs or replacement depending on the case.
8.3 This warranty applies only to the parts machined by Micro Gimbal or those who handle other manufacturers with their own warranty (See marked in red). The pieces marked in white, fall outside our guarantee, since their life depends greatly on the usage of each customer.
8.4 Note: We assemble these two pieces of each one equipment. But only to deliver an equipment ready to go.
- EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF MICRO GIMBAL GYROSCOPI SUPPORT:
9.1 Warranty claims are void in case of opening the box containing the electronics. Make changes or unauthorized repairs. Strokes, accidents, rain or misuse of equipment.
9.2 Failure to follow instructions and assembly.

13.1 The warranty on lithium batteries that we sell is limited to construction defects or shock during transport.
13.2 By the nature of the product itself, no specific warranty terms. Abuse, misuse, bad loading or unloading and other uses that are not appropriate for this product are not covered by any warranty.
